Today has been one long battle with linux, nvidia graphics cards, and dell monitors. However, I have all 4 working at the moment.

I also tracked down a small (but well hidden) error a vector operation in one of my python classes. Now the output vectors from Typhoon clearly point in the correct direction.

Unfortunately I can't say the same for the LES data. I looked at it every way I can think of, but now I'm wondering if the Dr. Richter files may have the U and V coordinates mixed up. I suppose I'll need to email him about it tomorrow.
