Ongoing To-do List:
• Write server program to optimize correlation
I ran into some issues today and yesterday with the optimization program. It looks like I may be better off using cutyphoon rather than cutyphoon_server. With cutyphoon_server I'd have to constantly open and close a network port. I've managed to generate floating point tif images, so cutyphoon is now a viable option. On the other hand, that means constantly generating files in Typhoon just to turn around and read them in my python script.
Neither option is perfect, so for now I'll just go with what will develop faster, and that seems to be cutyphoon.
