I started working through an email from Pierre giving some more details on cutyphoon_server. This version runs continually on the server, monitoring a given port. I can then interact with it through the port with a python script. However this my first time doing this, so it's a little slow-going.
In any event, I should have it figured out by tomorrow (at least at a rudimentary level).
