Troubleshoot Typhoon (Remake?)
The Typhon sever was back up today, but Typhoon would no longer run on it after the OS upgrade. I decided to rebuild it, which required me to give myself a little refresher on make and cmake. I had to have Chris set /tmp back to writable, but
after that I finally got Typhoon back up and running.
So assuming there are no more setbacks, I'll finally get back to using Typhoon tomorrow.
