Ongoing To-do List:
• Create color maps of bscans
• Determine z(x, y, zeta)
• Interpolate data at constant z
Today I got my pin and connected to Yellowstone. I copied over a fortran code from D. Sullivan to my own directory and successfully ran it. I also created a globus account for transferring files between Yellowstone and other machines. I installed and tested the client software for globus on my linux station and my windows laptop.

Globus
- Start client software (/home/kyle/globusconnectpersonal-2.3.3/globusconnect)
- Log in to globus at globus.org/app/transfer
- Enter one endpoint as NCAR GLADE
- Select other appropriate endpoint from "My Endpoints"

So now it's time to get back to work crunching numbers. My next goal is to write some code to interpolate scalar values at constant z from Dr. Sullivan's 3D binary files. Or if I need a break from that, I have some new data from Dr. Richter's LES to run and experiment on.
