Today I added an updated simulation description from Dr. Richter to ex3 and ex4. He also provided a video of the temperature field for ex3. I also tweaked the formatting for the experiment pages (yet again).
Lastly I started writing the parameter optimization code; it looks like it'll be pretty straight-forward as long as I can manage to close Typhoon and/or its network port between calls. That will be necessary because there's no way to modify the parameters at runtime.
